After graduating magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law - Houston, where he served as an assistant editor for the Law Review, Mr. Zagrodzky clerked for the Honorable Judge Murry Cohen of the First Court of Appeals. He later gained significant trial expertise and experience working with two large litigation firms in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Mr. Zagrodzky co-owns a successful international software company with his brother, where he routinely handles significant contract negotiations and intellectual property issues.
Mr. Zagrodzky resides in Coronado, California while continuing to maintain his law practice in Texas and California. Mr. Zagrodzky has experience litigating cases in state and federal courts as well as handling arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Zagrodzky’s latest trial victory was in Montgomery County, Texas, where he helped secure a $1.8 million judgment representing the landowner in an eminent domain trial.
While Mr. Zagrodzky prides himself on his litigation expertise, his extensive and varied business experience provides him with a unique skill set enabling him to advise clients regarding many aspects of running a business.

Mr. Zagrodzky is licensed to practice law in California and Texas, and is a member of the California and Texas Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all California and Texas state Courts, California and Texas Federal District Courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Personal:
Mr. Zagrodzky is a Board Member of the Coronado Arts Education Foundation (formerly CoSA Foundation). He serves on several other committees around Coronado and is a former Cub Scout Cubmaster (in Houston). Mr. Zagrodzky has been married 27 years and has two children. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, surfing, fishing and going to the beach.
